Simon recently graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, where he studied Adventure Education. Originally from Taos, New Mexico, Simon had the privilege of growing up exploring and appreciating the outdoors. He has experience as an Adaptive Ski Instructor where he worked with individuals with disabilities, attempting to facilitate a more accessible and inclusive skiing community. This past summer, he worked with the Wisconsin Conservation Corps, leading a crew to ensure that outdoor recreation spaces were well-maintained and preserved. He hopes to continue to encourage others to enjoy the wonders of the outdoors by learning and growing with the community at CRMS.
