Beth has served as the Marketing & Communications Manager since 2023, bringing with her a deep understanding of the school’s culture and the students and families drawn to its mission. Her previous work at CRMS in Development and Alumni & Parent Relations centered on relationship-building, communications, and community engagement, giving her a meaningful understanding of the CRMS community – its culture, its values, and the students and families who connect with the school’s mission. This experience now informs her approach to strategic, authentic storytelling in her marketing and communications role. Before settling in the Roaring Fork Valley, Beth worked in consulting, client relations, and sales in Washington, D.C., and New York City, before transitioning to the nonprofit world as the Development Director at Theatre Aspen. She lives in Carbondale with her husband, Matt, and their children, River, Avery, and James.
