What do you do on campus?

I chair the English Department, teach Sophomore English classes, co-coach the soccer and telemark teams, work in the climbing program, and advise a group of sophomores.

What is your favorite part of being an Advisor?

My favorite aspect of being an advisor is simply getting to know and support a young person through their interests, strengths, and challenges during the period of tremendous personal development that is high school.

Describe your teaching philosophy in one sentence.

If the horse doesn’t want to drink water after being led to the well, remember that you chose the well.

What do you enjoy most about coaching soccer?

The best part about coaching soccer at CRMS is witnessing the camaraderie and joy that can be achieved when individuals decide to believe and trust in one another.
