Julie practiced law for 14 years in North Carolina and Maryland, culminating in her role as Senior Surety Claim Attorney for Travelers, before transitioning her career to education where she then worked for 15 years as the Assistant Director of Admissions for the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. She’s lived in Carbondale for the past 15 years with her husband Pete and two children, Emily, CRMS ‘18, and Andy, CRMS ‘20, bringing the CRMS parent perspective to the Admission role. At CRMS Julie oversees the A-Team Student Ambassador program and campus visits for prospective families, while also serving as an Advisor. When she is not working, Julie loves travel, hiking local trails, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
