Danika is a dual Australian/American citizen, born in Papua New Guinea and raised in Australia. She brings a variety of professional and life learned skills into every day. Traveling the world for seven years, she competed in halfpipe snowboarding on the World Cup circuit and qualified to represent Australia at the Nagano Olympics.
Danika designed and implemented Active Movement Programs for rural communities. She has identified talented athletes, trained horses, worked as an EMT in San Francisco and a Police Services Technician in Carbondale, and coordinated events throughout the U.S.A. and U.A.E. for Energetics Education and Solar Rollers.
She currently lives in Carbondale with her two children Petunia and Dewey. She is deeply grateful for the outdoor mountain lifestyle and the genuine community connections in the Roaring Fork Valley.
