Volunteer Opportunities
There are myriad ways throughout the year to support the students and school, including:
- Wilderness/Orientation – call new families and share our knowledge
- Welcome Table registration – be the first on campus to connect with new families
- Orientation/ Potluck – set up, break down, bartender, contribute food and beverages
- Wilderness, Spring Trip & Fall Trip – issue and de-issue of food/equipment
- Hello-a-thon callers – connect with other parents near and far
- Board of Trustees representative – serve as a conduit between the parents and Board
- Scholarship Raffle– serve as a committee leaders and member
- Hosts for Parent Socials – open your home to a gathering
- International Student Host Families – welcome a foreign student into your home
- Home Stays – house sick or injured students during Wilderness & Outdoor trips
- Photographers – document parent activities and events
- Faculty/Staff Appreciation Gifts – give back to those who give so much to your student
- Annual Fund – join the phone-a-thon callers to support our great school
- Admissions Receptions – host or serve as a parent advocate
- Parent Project – assist with fun manual labor that benefits our community
- Plant Sale – set up, sell, and purchase CRMS home-grown plants
- Kayak Races – support our teams in a great river atmosphere
