The CRMS Scholarship Silent Auction //  Parents Weekend // October 23, 2010

The CRMS Scholarship Silent Auction is a parent-initiated annual event that supports the financial aid program. One hundred percent of the proceeds go to the CRMS scholarship fund. This allows for our unique educational program to be attainable for a greater number of students. The success of the auction is due to the collaborative efforts of boarding and day parents and we greatly appreciate all who continue to help with this event. In order to make the auction happen, we need a lot of assistance, and in the spirit of the CRMS community, we hope that you will be able to lend a hand. Here are some ways that you can participate:

• Acquire donations for the Auction
• Follow up solicitation phone call to previous donors- making just a few calls helps!
• Pick up of locally donated items
• Thank you phone calls to donors
• Poster making
• Making bid sheets for each item
• Dessert and coffee coordination with the kitchen
• Tables set up in the tent on Friday, October 23rd
• Light hanging in the tent on Friday, October 23rd
• Moving items from Michelle’s office to the tent Friday, October 23rd
• Table attendants for a portion of the evening
• End of evening cashier/item check out
• Take down tables at the end of the evening
• Move unclaimed items to secure location at the end of the evening
• Return of food items to kitchen at the end of the evening
• Sunday morning item check out
