CRMS Scholarship Silent Auction (October 23, 2010) Contract
The CRMS Scholarship Auction is a parent-initiated event held that is a highlight of Family Weekend. Its success is the result of the combined donations from Roaring Fork Valley businesses and contributions from CRMS families and friends. In these challenging economic times the need for scholarships is greater than ever. The Auction raises restricted funds for the financial aid/scholarship program that 40% of CRMS students benefit from. This fundraiser is key to making CRMS attainable to all students who desire this unique education. The auction team selected this year’s theme because as a community we are the "Roots" that support the students and we hope that you’ll share your resources and help us make this a successful event.
What you can do?
- Donate items that include weekend getaways, hotels, vacations homes, restaurant gift certificates, wine, art work, jewelry, new outdoor gear and items for the home. To access the DONATION CONTRACT please click here.
- Ask a friend or business to donate to the auction. Your personal connection is the key to success when asking for support. Before contacting businesses in the Roaring Fork Valley, please contact Renee Ramge to confirm that they have not already been approached.
- Sponsor or underwrite a portion of the event.
- In lieu of auction items, donate to the “CRMS Scholarship Auction.” Your gift will go directly to the scholarship fund.
- Volunteer to help with the auction. We believe many hands make light work. It’s a great way to get to know other parents and help the scholarship fund.
