The following positions are available:

Director of Residential Life:
The Director of Residential Life manages day-to-day as well as night-to-night operations for 100 boarding students in seven residential dormitories beginning on Sunday (7:30 p.m.) through Thursday (until 11 p.m.). The Director of Residential Life is an energetic and detail-oriented person who develops and leads residential life practices and objectives that will provide a student-oriented high performance culture emphasizing student empowerment, high quality productivity and standards, and goal attainment as well as the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior dorm faculty. The Director of Residential Life coordinates the implementation and assessment of residential policies and programs in conjunction with residential dorm faculty and student dorm heads. The Director of Residential Life reports to the Dean of Students and serves on the Crisis Management Team. Finally, the Director of Residential Life would participate in the Active Program, Fall Trip, Spring Trip and Interim. It is also an option, if there is a need and a desire, for the Director of Residential Life to teach a class. Please see below for résumé submission.

The CRMS Teaching Fellow Program offers the opportunity to become fully immersed in the three integral parts of our program: Active, Academic and Residential. Please see the following attachment for full information on the position.
